The Delinquent Adolescents Study of Paychopathology, according to Parental Rearing

Abstract

|
This research is that how the attitude for bringing up have influence on Psychopathology by delinquent adolescents 94 and student adolescents 112. The attitude for bringing up was investigated by Parental Bonding Instrument and the attitude of Psychopathology was investigated by Symptom check List-90-Revised. When the author investigated the relationship between the attitude for bringing up by father and Psychopathology in student adolescents. There was the sensible relation between Group I and Group III for somatization, interpersonal-sensitivity, anxiety, hostility but in delinquent adolescents there was the the sensible relation between Group I and Group IV for phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, hostility and psychoticism. And Group II had the more density than Group I for somatization, obsessive-compulsive and depression. Investigating the relationship between the attitude for bringing up by mother and psychopathology in student adolescents, there was the relation between Group I and Group M for phobic anxiety. But in delinquent adolescents Group IV has more density than Group I for obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety, hostility, and psychoticism. By this result, we can suppose that low over protection and high care is the best and high over protection and no care is the worst in the relationship between parents and children. In conclusion the father of delinquent adolescents has more tendency of over protection in the attitude for bringing up then student adolescents. The mother of student adolescents has more tendency of high care than delinquent adolescents. The author found that low care and high over-protection has more influence on Psychopathology.
